How Hours Are Calculated:
- The Hours Summary is based solely on paid hours recorded in the Timesheets page.
- It incorporates overtime rules configured in the dashboard, ensuring that any extra hours worked are accurately reflected under the appropriate category (e.g., overtime, weekend, or public holiday hours).
- The breakdown allows you to see how different types of hours contribute to the total paid hours.
The Hours Summary is a powerful tool for monitoring how employees’ paid hours are distributed across normal workdays, weekends, and holidays. By factoring in overtime rules, this report helps ensure that all extra hours are tracked correctly, supporting accurate payroll processing and compliance with labour regulations.
