Key Features:
1. View Options: Wage Costs or Hours Worked
- Wage Costs: Displays the daily wages for each employee based on their hours worked and pay rate.
- Hours Worked: Shows the total paid hours for each day, as recorded in the Timesheets. This view focuses solely on hours that contribute to payroll.
2. Site and Employee Filters
- Filter the data by Site or Employee to narrow down the report to specific locations or individuals. This makes it easy to review the daily breakdown for targeted groups.
3. Date Range Selection
- Choose a specific week or customise the date range to view the breakdown for the period you’re interested in.
4. Daily Breakdown Table
- The table provides a day-by-day summary for each employee:
- Employee Name and Employee Number: Identify who the data relates to.
- Daily Columns: Each column represents a specific day within the selected date range, displaying either wage amounts (in Wage Costs view) or hours worked (in Hours Worked view).
- Total: Summarises the total wages or hours for the selected period, making it easy to see cumulative data at a glance.
5. Daily Totals
- At the bottom of the table, a Daily Total row sums up the wages or hours worked for all employees on each day, providing a snapshot of overall labour costs or hours.
6. Download and Refresh Options
- Download: Export the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
- Refresh: Update the data to ensure it reflects the most current information from the Timesheets page.
How Data Is Calculated:
- Wage Costs: Based on the employee’s hourly or daily rate, multiplied by the paid hours from the Timesheets.
- Hours Worked: Only includes paid hours logged on the Timesheets page, ensuring the report reflects time that contributes to payroll.
