Welcome to the Configuring Site Details guide—designed to help you quickly set up essential information for each of your work sites within the WorkWeek dashboard. This guide walks you through completing the WorkWeek Site Template during the activation stage of onboarding. By configuring these settings, you’ll establish core site details and customise timekeeping rules, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking from day one.
In the Site Template, you’ll provide a site name (required) and, if needed, a site address for each location. These core fields allow us to create distinct site profiles that will accurately reflect tracking and reporting needs. Once the template is completed, simply send it to your Customer Success Manager at [email protected]. Megan will configure your dashboard with these details ahead of your onboarding session, ensuring everything is set up and ready to go.

Site Name (Required)
Enter a unique name to identify this site in your WorkWeek dashboard, such as “Cape Town Branch” or “Warehouse 3.” This field is essential for organising your tracking and reporting by location.
Site Address (Optional)
The site address helps identify the physical location, supporting GPS-based tracking and location-specific management. Including the address is particularly helpful if you manage multiple sites across regions.
