- Account Preparation: Our team configures your account to be ready for use with initial settings that reflect your industry requirements.
- Access to Training and Support Resources: From the beginning of your free trial, you’ll have access to our extensive support and training resources to help your team get up to speed and fully explore the platform.
- Onboarding Assistance: During activation, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will provide guidance and answer any questions, so you feel fully prepared to get started with WorkWeek. This support is continuous and consistent, ensuring you’re equipped to use the platform effectively from day one.
Note: For enterprise clients, we’ll determine the setup fee during the activation phase based on custom needs and additional configuration.
