At WorkWeek, we want you to experience the value of our platform with confidence. The setup fee confirms your commitment to exploring our solution and helps us prepare an optimised experience. However, should you decide not to continue after the free trial, we will fully refund the setup fee.
Policy Details:
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee, please let us know before the end of your free trial if you do not wish to continue with WorkWeek.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your request, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will guide you through the account closure process. During this conversation, we may ask a few questions to understand what could have improved your experience. Once this is complete, we will initiate the refund, which will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Exceptions: In the case of enterprise clients, custom policies may apply, which will be outlined and confirmed during the activation phase.
