WorkWeek provides a streamlined process for uploading, organising, and managing important employee documents, ensuring all necessary records are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Uploading Employee Documents:
1. Navigate to the Documents Tab
- From the Employee Profile, select the Documents tab to view and manage all documents associated with the employee.
2. Add a New Document
- Click the New Document button to open the document upload form.
3. Select Document Type
- Choose the appropriate Document Type from the dropdown menu. Available types include:
- Banking Details, Certificate, Company Induction, Competency Proof
- Employment Contract, General, Identity Document
- Leave, Medical, Overtime Approval
- Site Induction, Visa, Work Permit
4. Fill in Document Details
- Enter the Name of the document for identification.
- Set the Date of the document (e.g., issue date).
- Optionally, include an Expiry Date to track documents that need renewal, such as work permits or medical clearances.
5. Upload the Document
- Drag and drop the file into the upload area or click to select a file manually. Supported formats typically include PDFs, images, or other common document types.
6. Save the Document
- Click Add Document to upload and save it to the employee’s profile.
Managing Employee Documents:
1. View and Organise Documents
- All uploaded documents will appear in a list under the Documents tab, showing details such as Type, Date, Expiry Date, and Created At.
2. Edit or Delete Documents
- Use the available options to edit document details if needed, or delete outdated documents.
3. Monitor Expiry Dates
- The system helps track documents with expiry dates, ensuring timely updates for compliance-critical items like Work Permits or Medical Certificates.
