Next Step – Decision to Sign Up:

These formalities for new clients ensure your account setup aligns with your workforce needs.
Activation Form & Setup Fee:
You’ll complete an activation form, confirming your details and understanding of the setup fee, which is based on the number of employees in your organisation. This fee covers customisation of your WorkWeek dashboard and is fully refundable if you decide not to continue after the free trial.
Employee & Site Upload Templates:
You’ll complete templates to upload employee and site information, allowing us to pre-load your dashboard with essential data before the onboarding session.
Next Step – Proof of Payment & Scheduling the Onboarding Session:
Once payment is confirmed, we schedule your onboarding session and finalise your personalised dashboard.
We set up a fully operational dashboard, including your specific sites, employees, and company details, so you’re ready to start using WorkWeek immediately after onboarding.
Internal Setup:
Our team configures your dashboard with the uploaded information and creates your profiles. This preparation ensures a smooth experience during onboarding, allowing you to focus on learning WorkWeek rather than setup details.
In this stage, we train you and your team to use your WorkWeek dashboard confidently and independently.
Personalised Training:
During this live session, we walk you through your custom dashboard, demonstrate key features, and answer any workflow-specific questions. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience with WorkWeek and can confirm or adjust any settings before going live.
Free Trial Begins:
Following the onboarding session, your two-week free trial begins, allowing you to use WorkWeek with full functionality and no limitations.
We aim to ensure your experience with WorkWeek meets expectations and that you have all the support you need to succeed.
Ongoing Support:
During your free trial, we provide check-ins, additional resources, and prompt support for any questions.
Decision Time:
At the end of the two-week trial, you can decide if WorkWeek is the right fit for your needs. If you choose to continue, we seamlessly transition you into a full subscription. If not, we’ll close your account with no further obligation and ensure you retrieve any information from the dashboard before it’s removed.
