The Reports section in WorkWeek offers a variety of tools to help you monitor and analyse workforce data efficiently. Here’s a quick summary of each report:

1. Wage Summary

Provides a breakdown of gross wages for employees over a selected period, factoring in hourly/daily rates and overtime rules.
Useful for payroll preparation and tracking total labour costs.

2. Hours Summary

Summarises total hours worked by employees, categorised by normal hours, weekend hours, public holidays, and overtime.
Focuses only on paid hours, offering insights for payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.

3. Daily Breakdown

Offers a day-by-day view of either Wage Costs or Hours Worked for each employee.
Helps in tracking daily trends and identifying patterns in costs or productivity.

4. Site Breakdown (Beta)

Displays data by site, with views for Total Hours, Paid Hours, and Shifts logged at each location.
Useful for understanding site-specific performance and labour distribution.

5. Analytics (Beta)

Visualises data through line graphs for Wage Costs and bar graphs for Hours Worked.
Provides a high-level view of trends over time, aiding in strategic decision-making.
