Steps for Bulk Employee Upload:
1. Download the Template
- Begin by downloading the provided Excel template from the upload interface. This ensures that your data is formatted correctly for the system.
2. Fill in the Template
- Open the template and input employee details, such as:
- Employment ID, First Name, Last Name
- Hourly Rate or Daily Rate
- Additional fields like Contact Number or Job Title can also be filled in as needed.
- Remember, all fields are optional, but it’s recommended to include key details for smooth integration.
3. Upload the Spreadsheet
- Once the template is completed, return to the Bulk Employee Upload screen.
- Drag and drop the file or select it manually to upload.
4. Review and Confirm
- The system will guide you through a quick data verification process to ensure all entries are correct.
- You’ll be shown a progress bar as the data is uploaded, and any errors will be flagged for correction.
5. Complete the Upload
- After verification, confirm the upload, and the employees will be added to your system.
