Where to Find Our Video Tutorials
All our tutorial videos and walkthroughs are housed within the WorkWeek dashboard, accessible with just a few clicks. To get started, follow these steps:
- Locate the “How-To Videos” Button: On the dashboard’s bottom left corner, you’ll see a large, orange button labelled How-To Videos.
- Open the Video Resource Library: Clicking this button opens our video resource library, where you'll find a collection of curated tutorials and walkthroughs designed to help you navigate every aspect of the platform.
Navigating the Video Library
Once you’ve opened the video resource library, you’ll find a streamlined experience designed to connect you to relevant tutorials in moments. Here’s how it works:
- Video Titles and Relevance Indicators: Each video is titled to describe its contents, making it easy to scan for what you need. You may notice some videos have a small blue dot next to them — this is your guide to finding videos directly relevant to the dashboard page you're currently viewing. If you’re working on, say, the Employees page, these marked videos will cover features and actions related to employee management.
- Search Functionality for Specific Questions: For a more targeted search, use the search bar located at the top left of the video library. Enter any keyword related to your query (such as “employees,” “overtime rules,” or “auto-clockout”), and the library will instantly filter and display videos matching your search.
Viewing and Sharing Videos
Once you’ve found the video you need, you have two viewing options:
- In-Library Viewing: Play videos directly within the video resource library for a seamless, in-app experience.
- YouTube Viewing: If you’d prefer to watch on YouTube or need to share the video with others, each video has a shareable YouTube link, even for unlisted videos. This option allows easy access outside the dashboard if needed.
