1. Site List Overview
- Name: Displays the name of each site for quick identification.
- Employees: Shows the number of employees assigned to the site. Clicking the number allows you to view or manage the assigned employees.
- Address: Provides the full address of the site, ensuring clear location details.
- Created and Last Modified: Indicates when the site was added and the last time any updates were made.
2. Site Actions
For each site, you have multiple management options through the action buttons:
- Duplicate: Quickly create a copy of an existing site, useful for adding similar sites with minor differences.
- Archive: Move a site to the Archived list, which retains the data but removes it from active use, helping to keep records current and relevant.
- Copy Site Link: Generate a sharable link for the site, useful for easy communication or documentation.
- Manage Employees: Directly manage or assign employees to the site, ensuring the correct workforce is linked to the location.
- Edit: Update site details, such as the name, address, or assigned employees.
3. Adding New Sites
- Use the Add Site button to create a new site. Fill in the necessary information like the site name, address, and assign employees to ensure the site is set up correctly.
