Timesheets

The Timesheets section allows admins to view and manage employee time records, including total hours worked, paid hours, and unpaid breaks. Admins can also create shifts or leave for employees who missed logging their time via the app. Each entry includes details on when it was created and its source.

Shift Verification

Shift Verification uses GPS and selfie verification to confirm employee attendance. It compares the clock-in GPS location with the designated site location, ensuring accurate and reliable attendance tracking.

Reports

The Reports section provides comprehensive insights into employee attendance, hours worked, and payroll data. Users can generate customised reports for specific time frames, sites, or teams to aid in data-driven decision-making.

Employees

The Employees section is your central hub for managing staff information, including contact details, roles, and schedules. Employee profiles can be archived or deleted to keep records current and organised.

Sites

The Sites section allows you to create, edit, and manage work locations, providing a quick overview of attendance at each site. This helps ensure that all site-related data is accurate and up-to-date. Sites can also be archived or deleted for precise reporting and streamlined operations.

Settings

The Settings section includes tools to manage overtime and time adjustments, as well as third-party labour brokers. Time adjustments can be configured to automatically deduct lunch breaks or modify clock-in/out times to better fit operational needs, helping streamline payroll and attendance accuracy.
