We’re sorry to see you go and are here to make the transition as smooth as possible. Below is an outline of our cancellation and refund policy for customers cancelling after subscribing to WorkWeek.
1. Notice Period
- One month’s notice is required to cancel your WorkWeek subscription.
- When you notify us of your intent to cancel, an invoice will be issued covering the month in which you provided notice. This final invoice is required for services during your notice period.
2. Final Payment and Off-Boarding
- After notifying us of your cancellation, we’ll discuss your off-boarding process to ensure all your data is transferred smoothly. Off-boarding will take place either at the end of the current pay period or once the final invoice is settled.
- During off-boarding, we will assist with exporting any data you need from the WorkWeek dashboard. Once we confirm that all information has been transferred, we’ll then revoke access to the platform.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are not provided for subscription payments. The final invoice is required to cover services provided during the month of your notice.
- This policy helps us maintain consistent and fair terms for all our customers.
